Jerry Schultz

California defense lawyer Jerry Schultz has almost 40 years of experience as a defense attorney and is ready to use the experience and knowledge he gained to your benefit in your criminal case.

Jerry launched his career as a California defense attorney in the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office in 1972. During the 30 years he worked there, he tried more than 300 jury trials and defended clients on a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony charges.

Once he left the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, Jerry spent an additional six years in private practice before joining The Kavinoky Law Firm. As a private defense attorney, he represented clients on a wide variety of charges, including murder, rape, child molestation, Three Strikes cases, and narcotics possession.

Jerry earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, a master’s degree from Cal State Northridge, and his law degree from Loyola Law School.
