We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing support of various marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be

- A strong communicator with client-ready meeting and email correspondence etiquette
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage various projects to ensure deliverables are developed and deployed in a timely manner
- Engage with numerous marketing agencies and marketing resources on behalf of the firm
- Monitor social media accounts and serve as a community manager for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn posts
- Manage content, report out and make recommendations regarding presence and lead acquisition on consumer and trade review sites such as Yelp, Google, Avvo
- Making/managing resources to make updates to website properties
- Partner effectively with Sales, Legal Services, and Marketing team, to effectively support campaigns and product launches
- Manage and catalog Sales and Marketing assets
- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Rollout and expand new revenue channels, including new lead generation products, merchandising, etc
- Research industry and target consumer news and competitive landscapes in order to inform marketing strategy and content creation
- Draft creative briefs for collateral that may include web content, emails, brochures, infographics, and printed material
- Provide documentation and ad hoc reporting for meetings, marketing campaigns, and events as needed
Requirements & Skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working onsite as well as remotely
- Strong project management and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent independent problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with minimal oversight needed
- Solid understanding of both paid digital media channels and organic marketing
- Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
- Familiarity with email automation/nurture campaigns and email platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp
- Prefer 2-4 years working at an agency or focused on marketing for a brand or product
