DMV Locations for Administrative Hearings
After a DUI arrest, you only have 10 days to request an administrative per se (APS) hearing. Once you or your attorney formally request the APS hearing and pay the filing fee, your license suspension will be temporarily put off until you have the chance to present your case before the DMV hearing officer. The location of your DMV hearing will depend on you location.
