I am very grateful to the staff at The Kavinoky Law. In helping me deal with a first time DUI case, they were very knowledgeable, dedicated, just a phone call or email away and ready to help or answer any question I had. The whole staff was. They were very thorough and detailed in explaining everything that was happening. My lawyer appeared on my behalf in court, which was a relief to me not to have to be there. The DMV declined to take any action on my license and the charges were reduced from DUI to exhibition of speed. I am thrilled at the outcome of the whole thing. I couldn't be happier with the help I received and I highly recommend the staff at The Kavinoky Law to anyone going through similar circumstances!
